A toast to PrimeServ launch in BC I had the privilege, last week, of attending the launch of MAN Diesel and Turbo’s new PrimeServ service station in Canada. The event, which occurred in Vancouver, last Thursday, with many industry guest on hand, officially launched MAN’s service station on the West Coast of Canada. Budget Shoals claim UVic’s ship

Rendering of UVic’s research ship The University of Victoria much heralded planned “new” ship, dedicated to research, has fallen victim to budgets. Seaspan has once again opened up it’s wallet to beat the competition. This time, Van Isle Barge Service was acquired by Seaspan and rolled into it’s Seaspan Ferries Corporation portfolio.
