How often do you clean your fuel filters? Do you clean them because they get clogged? This filters are not there to clean your fuel, they are there to warn you that something is wrong. Have you measured P-comp?
Was fuel injectionpumps and injectors overhauled at same time?
Anything done with camshaft or geartrain?
As mentioned above, measure pressuredrop across scav.air cooler (anything above 2-250mm-clean it..)

Whats new? Built, tested and discarded by norwegian owners 10 yaers ago. However-oil majors are pushing for online supervision of vessel routing and performance so guess we will see it again within a year or two.
