You are looking at it as each question is worth 11.11% and you are only alowed to do 6. This is not true you will only be marked on 6 and if you do more than you will be marked on the 6 lowest. Just wondering if there is much marine growth on your hull. you could loose up to 15-25% from drag esspecially on a small boat with low HP in general.

I am not 100% sure but I belive as long as your medical is valid when you sign on the vessel you are clear untill you sign off even if it expires while onboard. I think I have it now...... Box up the tank and pressurize it... The fuel will go back through where it came in.

Another option would to raise the fuel with large bucket/medium sized barrels via chain falls and pour into another larger pail with a valve on the bottom and run the fuel to the tanks . The engines are small enough that with lots of hard work you could keep ahead of it.
