I just noticed that during seperation, flexible hose going to V5 was too hot and a little bit of fuel flowing in the sludge pipe when i open the cap. Seems there's no prob with solenoid valves because there's no leakage when burner is not running. This happens only when boiler is running and after a while fuel accumulate all over inside the burner. Hello, have you tried to check the sequence diagram in the manual? If when and how long should this valve normally activates. It should give some alarm if this filling of water did not happen during starting because it did not complete the process.
