How long is the rundown after coming off load? Is it possible the cooling water stops circulating and flashes off at the liner surface? Also have you checked the vent to the expansion tank? Is it common and does it have a hose that may have collapsed inside?

Stellar Daisy VDR Recovered

The wreck of the Stellar Daisy has been located at a depth of 3641m, 1800 NM west of Cape Town. The wreck was found after 72 hours of searching.
The voyage data recorder has been recovered.
Maybe now the Marshal Islands can finish their report!
