PMC Controls

Hey guys,

I am looking for someone familiar with PMC controls. They are old school and looking for an old sea dog who may know how to set up the RPM and CPP to act as one unit. I can provide more info later if anyone has experience in these controls.

Thanks and safe sailing,
Larry...

Re: Cummins

Hey Martin, Very sorry, just noticed your post about a follow up on the topic. Well we ended up getting a Cummins guy in from Montreal who, like me, was not impressed with the situation. I was informed the ship was in top condition when in fact it was abused and falling apart. By the time we had bot...

We have one that is pretty much shot. I only started working here a couple weeks ago so I am not sure the...

Re: Cat 3406... plumbing a pre-luber

Don't be so willing to trust CAT as well. An old ship I was on got the CAT technicians to do the bearings on a 3512 and while they were working they cut out pipes from the engine block they said were useless. Well these useless pipes were meant to aid in the lubrication of the Journals. No one knew ...

Thank You

I would just like to say thank you for creating this site. I have been out of work now for almost 2 months and even though no one seems to be hiring I have found almost all of the companies I have applied to from this site, either directly or indirectly. This is one of the best resources I have foun...
