Your Canadian link refers to quebec only, Martin, not to Canada.

I had a look around and couldn't find anything for the rest of Canada, apparently only Quebec has M.Engs.

Yes, I found it severely lacking for a gov website. Many years ago I had the same thought, you'd think they would fix that. I guess we will call it a glimpse then.
