Well now there's management and leadership and ship law/business - our tickets meet and far exceed STCW 10?

So we can work anywhere and kick ass, excluding the HV training required vessels... Yes?
Maybe?

I've never worked international, but I've known lots went have worked all over with their Canadian ticket, but it may have had to be used to apply for in another country ticket Panamanian, Bahamian, Singapore... Whatever?
