What dose it take to get a CEC? How hard is it to get?

I know, makes me wonder sometimes why I bothered getting mine from scratch............should have got my Panamanian one first and then my UK Cert.

So you think getting a CEC is easy, think again, I tried back in 2001 and the paperwork is horrendous wait until you get to the part about writing the UKLAP exam. I took more than 1000 pages of documents with me from the MCA and when I got to the exam room the examiner said "is that all you brought" he said that most candidates have more than 3 times what I brought with me needless to say I failed the UKLAP exam.
