There are several tied up in Halifax harbour, some painted gray and others black. You can have them for $1 each, all you have to do is safely remove the asbestos and PCBs and all the other nasties.

You might want to move fairly fast on them, they'll be needed as Canada's contribution for the next war, and who knows what country the US will get annoyed with next and when.
