The next branch meeting will take place at our usual time Thursday October 15 at 7PM in the lower lounge of the Naden Naval Officers’ Wardroom near the dockyard entrance. Dr. Roberto Racca, Chief Communications Officer of JASCO Applied Sciences will be giving a presentation on their operations and technical applications in acoustics monitoring and analysis for marine applications. Applications including acoustics analysis for offshore oil and gas and marine mammal monitoring will be discussed. JASCO Applied Science started with an office in Victoria but has spread across the world including Halifax, USA, UK, and Australia.

Members often arrive early to share a beverage with colleagues in the upper lounge. Guests and spouses are always welcome.
