Post by The Dieselduck »

At the March Meeting on Thursday, April 19th, 2012 AT 7pm, in the Lower Lounge of the Officer's Wardroom, at the Canadian Navy Base in Esquimalt. Jason Caplan from Ensolve Biosystems will give a presentation on their Petroliminator IMO approved oily water separator that can handle phase-separated oil, emulsified oil and other contaminants. Unlike conventional oil water separators, the PetroLiminator actually destroys oil and grease using naturally occurring bacteria. The PetroLiminator is an automated biomechanical system, which requires low maintenance. For more about Ensolve, please see their website at http://www.ensolve.com/

Guests and spouses are always welcome. Members, please bring a friend or colleague.

SNAME/CIMarE Joint Meeting Saturday April 28th at the Institute of Ocean Science Pat Bay. This will be a full day conference with the theme being Liquefied Nature Gas as a Marine Fuel.
