Invitation to – All members, member’s spouses and special guests are invited to attend.
Please RSVP by reply email your intentions to attend and how many there will be in your party.
The bar will be open and food will be served after the AGM is adjourned.
You can arrive early to meet friends before the AGM is called to order

- 6:05 PM - Welcome and call to order by the Branch Chair and report on the year’s activities
- Reports by executive committee members regarding finance, membership, national council and next year’s conference
- Election of the executive committee for the next term
- 7 PM AGM adjourned and food will be served
- 9 PM Thank You and Good Night
