As you are hopefully aware by now, members will be voting on revised by-laws, as required by the new Not-for-Profit Corporations Act. A draft of the by-laws is available here as well as on our website.

Members will also be asked to approve our 2012 Financial Statements. A copy of these is also available on our website.

Even if you cannot attend, please send me your comments and questions. Of course, you can also contact your branch's National Council representative to ensure your voice is heard at the meeting.
