The Annual Christmas Branch Social for members and guests will be December 18 at 7 PM in the Upper Lounge of the Esquimalt Wardroom. Bert Blattmann will be giving a presentation on his experiences barging this past September the Canal du Midi in France. Traditionally there will be a wide selection of food and beverages.

Donations to the Food Bank - Please bring donations of non-perishable food items

Annual Marine Photo Contest - Please submit marine photos for the annual contest to [email protected] by Friday December 12 after which you can vote for your favourite to be announced at the Christmas Social. The photographer does not have to be a branch member but the photograph must show a body of water [ocean, lake, river etc.] and must contain a water craft [ship, boat, kayak, etc.].
