Any course living up to TP8911?

Post by The Dieselduck »

Does anyone know if any institutions are offering the Transport Canada marine engineering officer upgrade course, as mentioned in the the attached publication - TP8911. I don't believe any of the usual colleges are offering this course, but is the Canadian Coast Guard College offering it?
