I like the attitude of the Canadian government towards making things available online, but it would be really cool if they would just sit tight and stop fu@#^$% around with complex URLs and constant moving of resources. Its really annoying trying to play pin the tail on the donkey all the time. Probably justifies many jobs, but for the love of god.....

I will have to find out what the new link is, it appears that the link I posted is the rescinded MOSH.

The very best part of the new MOSH is that a violence prevention program is to be instituted and violence will have to be reported to TC.
If you ever had to deal with violence on a ship and have had no support, this will force owners to acknowlege it and address the problems.

To check Acts and Regulations, you're always better going to the Justice site. This is always up to date. IT support for TC has to take care of a multitude of databases (SIRS, SVRS, ACES, VRQ, TPs etc), IT support for Justice concentrates on the Justice web site. If you look at the TC pages, you'll see a veritable labyrinth of links to a multitude of sections, each with umtpteen databases. Stick to Justice, I always do, you can be sure it's current, user friendly and accessible and deals soley with Acts and regulations.
