Does anyone have any information on any new requirements or changes to the licensing process for 1st class next year when the new regs come into effect? I have my seconds now.

Seatime changes? Exam changes? Any info at all

The Marine Personnel Regulations haven't been Gazetted yet, nor has TP 2293 (Certification of Seafarers) been updated. As it stands, things will be exactly as they are now until something changes. Keep an eye out for the Canada Gazette part 1, where the Regulations will first be published.
