Hello
I need some information regarding what is the difference between Leadership and teamwork course and leadership and managerial skills course. For class 4 coc as per STCW 2010 manila which course i have to do. I am confused please help me . I called ottawa they are not giving me correct information.

4th class: a training certificate in “Leadership and Teamwork Skill” including engine room resource management training.

3rd class and higher you need leadership and management.

Thank you for your reply. Could you please tell me if leadership and teamwork is the same course as leadership and teamwork skill including engine room resource management. Holland college (PEI) is offering a course named leadership and teamwork (LTW/4 days course). Is this the same course that I need to take?
