I just changed out the safety on my furnace and much to my despair found myself chanting as I looked at the fittings:
"Lefty loosie, rightie tightie"
But, I did diagnose the fact correctly that the safety was weak and that was why it was wheezing, like me on a hill!!
Steam engineer, eh...me thinks too much time behind the desk has happened to me!!

I had to buy a pipe wrench. My kid has relocated all of my tools.He says he put them away. Too bad it is in his shed.
