TC has juristication on a docked ship within the radius of it's booms or cranes.

If a ship is under contract at the shipyard, does TC still have juristication to this area or does it now fall under provincial regulations as that is what the yard works to?.

Yes. Doesn't matter where the ship is, the ship is still the workplace.
