Have you had a look at the Machinery page ? http://www.dieselduck.info/machine/index.html not sure what you're looking for, but there is some stuff that may be of interest there.

What are you attempting to do, diagnostics, tutorial, test equipment or?
All brochures etc are on the engine manufactures sites etc together with ( in some cases ) the management system and fuelling system used therein.
Make sure you have a spare set of inks and a spare pack of printing paper to hand though.
Reading material for you upto Xmas methinks.
Remembering The Good Old days, when Chiefs stood watches and all Torque settings were F.T.
