I had to try and refresh the link a few times before it went to the correct site, Government link sites are sometimes screwy.

The link in this thread is to the repealed MOSH regs.
My copy of the new MOSH regs was given to me by the our DPA who downloaded it from the Gazette.
The main differences are work hazard assessments on the vessels for everyone, including contractors AND the requirement to deal with violence and report it to TC.

The link you posted earlier is to the Dept of Justice and is current to 12 July 2010. This is at the top of the page:

Marine Occupational Safety and Health Regulations (SOR/87-183)
Enabling Statute: Canada Labour Code
Full Document for Printing: HTML (327Kb) PDF (68Kb)
Regulation current to July 12th, 2010
Attention: See coming into force provision and notes, where applicable.

Attention: See coming into force provision and notes, where applicable.
And this statement makes a hell of a lot of sense.
Most people who are trying to look up regs wants them now, because they need them now, not toodle all over the Justice site wondering where the hell they are.
Though. I must admit, the Justice site is much better then the TC (or is it DOT now) region of hell on the internet.
