I was on a course given by this shop. Not bad. They probably have more marine related info by now as they were just starting out.
The American Navy has a huge incentive program for their ships to reduce fuel costs. If you go search around their site you may find it.

Videotel has just released an Environmental Officer's course which may be helpful. Not touting them as I tried to get them to donate some material to a school I taught at and they gave no response however, they have some good material.

We have had a lot of different people approach us.

Natural gas, a 20 foot box with 200bar compressed NG in it. Cant see us being aloud to do that.

Sails, on a gantry system that can roll up the deck out of the way
