It seems like the NSP has been around for years yet there are no ships started. Lots of rebuilding being done on the yard facilities though!

Wow. That is one expensive vessel.

Looks like they've been driving deep piles in the north end of the shipyard. For the condos JD mentioned, maybe?
Discourage incest, ban country "music".
