One comment I read was that it would be interesting to see the vessels track overlaid on a chart of the windfarms and sandbanks off the Belgian coast.
4 AM collision, I wonder if they were watch changing or on 6 and 6...

No question of who is at fault here. The Dutchman did exactly the right thing.
Discourage incest, ban country "music".
