a good article on the OPAC/ Shale oil issue that has thrown industry into a turmoil.
Investment in upstream exploration from 2014 to 2020 will be $1.8 trillion less than previously assumed....

Excellent article, just goes to show our troubles at sea are nowhere near over, not to mention alternative fuel revolution - boy these oil companies are sure very powerful. Love the prediction of an oil shortage within the decade.

I just read an interesting opinion by Craig-Bennett over at Splash. He was writing about shipping cycles. I had just started on the ships and there were opportunities everywhere. Then the oil downturn happened....
