OSH violations kill 3.

Postby JK » Sun Jul 29, 2018 3:37 am

800k in possible fines does not bring 3 people back to life. The most basic ship repair guidelines ignored. This was totally avoidable and people need to be charged and jailed. 55 violations...all I can do is shake my head in disbelief.
This after the findings on the Bouchard barge explosion.

If you like to read about the barge, the links are in here. This is another failure of inspection:

Unacceptable and avoidable.
Shame.

It's disturbing too, because everybody knows better.
So why wouldn't they act better?

Their superiors will/would have probably been on the stand, looking into the crowd at the deceased person's families and explaining why...I couldn't be able to live with myself.
Not to mention the people involved should have been thinking about themselves and their family, and acted more appropriately... Y'know...

It's too bad.
