I'm reading on Twitter that crew rotations are being affected and reliefs can't fly in to meet ships. As usual, its the ships crew that are the last to be thought about.

Presently we could only change crews at Indian port. It's a difficult time not just with seafarers also with a shore based employees. But hopefully soon all will be over.
