The plan for the cadets area is to create a space where all cadets, apprentices and trainees can ask the questions without the feeling of pressure being in the “main” forum. Hopefully it becomes a place of knowledge sharing being passed from the more experienced engineers to the fresh blood.

From my cadetship i have learnt that far too many people are worried or scared to share knowledge in fear of that person taking their job etc. Far too much knowledge is being taken to the grave.

Hope we can all make this work. Thanks
