About the Job

Dynamic Engineering Inc., Vancouver, B.C., requires a Turbocharger Specialist / Marine Engineer.

You have five or more years of consecutive experience in this field, having recently worked for one of the large turbocharger OEM's such as ABB, MAN or Mitsubishi. The work you have performed has consisted of, but is not limited to, overhauling turbochargers in a workshop or on board deep-sea vessels.

You have dismantled and overhauled turbochargers and their parts such as cartridges and rotor assemblies, read drawings, measured parts in metric and imperial, recorded the measurements, written reports, trouble-shooted, performed computerized dynamic balancing etc. You are considered a "senior" representative in this field.

In addition to the above, holding a red seal certificate or equivalent in machining would be an asset.

Customer service minded attitude is essential. Willingness to travel, on short notice, to perform jobs in the vicinity and internationally is required. We provide round-the-clock service to our clientele. A high level of physical fitness is required. Must be able to work independently and with a minimum of supervision.
