It contravenes the CSA 2001 and the ILO, recruiters are not permitted to charge a fee to find seafarers a job, or to provide addresses of agencies who can. Pulling 1Euro every 10 days from gullible seafarers sure builds up a nice nestegg, eh? However, if you want to pay to wait for a job contact that never comes (the longer you wait, the more they make, 1 euro every 10 days) feel free! The more jobseekers they have on the list, the more money they make.

So there you have it, they sell information about jobs which is freely available from crewing agencies and shipping companies. As I have said, if anyone wishes to pay a sum of money every ten days for absolutely nothing except the satisfaction of making some Polish company rich, go ahead, it's your money to waste.
