"Valid 2nd Class marine engineer’s certificate (motor ship) or higher issued by Transport Canada or current Marine Electrical Certificate."
There is no Marine Electrical Certificate, hasn't been since 1st July 2007, when the Canada Shipping act 2001 came into force. Might be a good idea for CCG to read the bloody regulations!
