Marine engineer officer - water transport (NOC: 2274)
Terms of Employment: Temporary, Full Time
Salary: $80.00 to $100.00 Hourly for 37.5 hours per week
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: Ottawa Centre, Ontario (1 vacancy)

Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of university
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): 1st Class Marine Engineer Certificate
Experience: 10 + years
Type of Experience: Marine transportation company, Ferry
Specific Skills: Inspect and conduct maintenance and emergency repair, Maintain records and prepare reports on engine performance
Security and Safety: Enhanced reliability security clearance
Work Site Environment: In/on water
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Tight deadlines
Essential Skills: Problem solving, Critical thinking, Job task planning and organizing
