Second Engineer
Vessel: Tanker

Duties:
Reporting to the First Engineer the Second Engineer is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of all machinery and equipment for which the Engineering Department has responsibility. The Second Engineer shall undertake all duties as allocated or directed by the Chief Engineer and may be employed in either watch keeping or day work duties as required.

Qualifications:
Certificate of Competency with 1995 STCW Code/ Certificate of Equivalent Competency – Second Engineer Unlimited or equivalent, STCW Basic Safety Training, Watchkeeping Certificate, Seafarers Medical Certificate, Certificate of Proficiency in Survival Craft. Tanker Endoresment.

Experience:
Two years+ experience in a similar role

Rate 450 per day
Rotations Starting December 14th, 2014 4 week rotations
