REPAIR ADMINISTRATOR
Richmond, BC

You are detail-oriented, your mantra is “safety” and your goal is maintaining an uninterrupted flow of materials, supplies and services. This ensures the overall best value to the Corporation in a timely and cost effective manner.

As the Repair Administrator, you are able to express complex concepts and technical information orally and in writing. You recognize and assess customer service requirements and take responsible and appropriate action to provide an effective resolution. You work both independently and as a collaborative team member, utilizing effective problem-solving and time management skills. You are a clear, concise communicator, maintaining cooperative working relationships within a diverse industrial environment.

Along with a minimum 2 years’ related experience, you have a recognized Mechanical or Electrical Trades certificate or are a Marine Licensed Engineer. You have comprehensive knowledge of Oracle, Maximo, Impromptu, Excel, Word and Outlook. You also have basic knowledge of fair business practice, contract law, purchasing practices, inventory management, warehousing, receiving and logistic practice.
