Job Description

Levert Personnel Resources is currently recruiting for 3rd class Marine Engineers.
The positions are immediate and require all certifications below.

Vessel: Tanker/Seismic/Tugboat

Duties:

Reporting to the First Engineer the Third Engineer is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of all machinery and equipment for which the Engineering Department has responsibility. The Third Engineer shall undertake all duties as allocated or directed by the Chief Engineer and may be employed in either watch keeping or day work duties as required.

Qualifications:

Certificate of Competency with 1995 STCW Code/ Certificate of Equivalent Competency – Third Engineer Unlimited or equivalent, STCW Basic Safety Training, Watchkeeping Certificate, Seafarers Medical Certificate, Certificate of Proficiency in Survival Craft. For some of the positions Tanker Endoresment.
