Technical Support Representative - Marine

We are looking for a dedicated, driven professional to become a part of our organization.

The Job

As a member of our Technical Support team, this position will perform numerous functions to support our Marine Division. The main objectives include a strong focus on providing technical support via phone and email to our customers. This is a salaried office position. Product specific training will be provided.

What Do I Need?

1. Qualified Mechanic with demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
2. Knowledge of Hydraulic steering would be an asset.
3. Problem solving and decision making abilities with a customer service oriented mindset.
4. Assisting with Warranty Claims Processing
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
6. Ability to identify opportunities for product and installation improvements.
7. Ability to work well independently and as part of a strong team.
8. Ability to complete additional job duties and assignments up to 15% of the time.
9. Must have Class Five Driver's License.
10. Marine experience is considered a strong asset.
