Atlantic Towing Limited is a well established Marine Company with a diverse fleet of Harbour, Coastal/Deep Sea Tugs as well as Offshore Supply Vessels with locations in Saint John, New Brunswick, Halifax, Nova Scotia and St. John's, Newfoundland.

We are currently looking for an experienced Asset Manager with strong strategic, technical, communication, leadership and management skills to advance our offshore supply vessel and harbor fleet maintenance program.

The Asset Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:

Establish standardized maintenance best practices and procedures for the offshore and harbour fleet;
Work with equipment suppliers and OEM partners on optimizing spare parts and maintenance practices and spending;
Lead in the selection and implementation of a Conditioned Based Maintenance system and its application across all the offshore supply and harbour vessels.
Work in conjunction with Operations, Engineering and vessel staff to improve vessel performance, reliability and operating cost profile.
Work in conjunction with Operations in the preparation of budgets relating to vessel maintenance and dry dock requirements.
Qualifications

The successful incumbent will be a Professional Engineer, preferrably a Mechanical Engineer, with experience as a senior maintenance leader in manufacturing or industry.
Proven decision maker and team leader with the ability to support the fundamental principles of delegation and accountability throughout the team, managing challenges and successes in a proactive and supportive manner;
Strong verbal communication skills to all levels within the fleet;
Strong English written communication skills and ability to establish clear and concise reporting;
