DP World Vancouver is located in the Burrard Inlet, adjacent to downtown Vancouver, and is a key gateway port for the Trans-Pacific Trades between Asia and the Pacific North West. In addition to serving the local market for British Columbia, DP World Vancouver provides direct daily intermodal rail connection to the important markets of Eastern Canada and the US Mid-West.

The Maintenance Superintendent ensures delivery of the highest quality equipment maintenance, repair and technical services while meeting all applicable standards and requirements in terms of safety, quality, timelines and cost. Additionally, they provide direction to the Foremen and Longshore personnel to meet short- and long-term production and maintenance goals.

This role works alongside two other Maintenance Superintendents and reports to the Manager, Engineering and Maintenance.The successful candidate will possess a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field and current knowledge of industrial equipment. The Maintenance Superintendent is a professional with an excellent track record in communication, analytical thinking, project management and leading unionized employees.
