Suppression Service Technician - Marine

The responsibilities of the Suppression Service Technician-Marine will include but are not limited to the inspection, repair, maintenance and refill of fire extinguishers, fixed gas suppression systems and kitchen suppression systems. You will perform on-site emergency troubleshooting, identify discrepancies and provide solutions for our customers. You will conduct High and Low Pressure H-Testing, annual inspections and Emergency Service Calls. Your ability to provide strong customer service skills and to work well independently is a requirement.
Qualifications -
Minimum of 3 years industry experience
Marine/Offshore experience an asset, working on board ships and off shore
Physically fit for heavy lifting and able to work flexible hours
Knowledge of NFPA10 standards and have certification
Valid drivers license with clean abstract and willing to travel.
The successful applicant must reside in the Greater St. John's NL area
