"Currently enrolled in a related Bachelor’s Degree program" I guess that eliminates all the Marine Engineer Cadet programmes (note the non-American spelling) in Canada. A 4th Class can't be regarded as a Bachelor's Degree. Perhaps a BA in Marine Art could be a "related" degree, eh?

They must be looking to poach cadets from the Coast Guard College considering the students from the college are now eligible to receive degrees from Cape Breton University
