Survitec Group specializes in the manufacturing and servicing of aviation, defense, and marine safety and life-saving equipment. We are looking to hire a Liferaft Service Technician for our Vancouver (Delta) location.
Reporting to the liferaft service lead tech, the liferaft service technician is responsible for conducting hands on day to day service work and related tasks, such as service record keeping and logistical support. Activities performed under this function are focused on servicing liferafts and other marine safety equipment.
Duties include but will not be limited to, the following:
Perform assigned service and repair work in full compliance with the various service manuals and procedures, applicable service bulletins and company policies and procedures.
Accurate and detailed project documentations as specified in the Liferaft technician training.
Follow in character with the Survitec Groups Quality Systems ISO manual and procedures
Convey support of company objectives to the employees and co-workers in a positive and motivational way
Work with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency in a fast paced environment
Available for periods of travel when certification updating is required
Good English skills, verbally & written
Computer Literate in MS Office environment
