We are currently accepting applications for Junior Engineers, Deck Officers, Deckhands and Cooks to work onboard our vessels in the offshore Newfoundland and Labrador.

We Offer

Maersk Supply Service provides reliable, safe and efficient marine services to the global oil and gas industry. Our vessels are highly customized to a wide variety of offshore supply tasks.

You will be part of a crew working on the Hebron tow-out project with an expected commencement date of April 24th, 2017. The duration of this work will be for a period of 4-6 weeks with an opportunity to be extended for other jobs as required.

The success criteria are to deliver top professional expertise, resulting in high performing vessels operating in a market, which calls for maximum uptime to satisfy our customers.

Who we are looking for

Experienced and qualified marine personnel with a proven track record in the industry.

Certificate Requirements are:

Junior Engineers

Third Class Engineering Certificate
STCW Basic Safety
STCW Proficiency in Survival Craft and Rescue Boats other than Fast Rescue Boats
STCW Certificate of proficiency in Advanced Fire Fighting
Marine Advanced First Aid/CPR
Designated Security Duties Certificate
Valid Seafarers Medical
Valid Passport

I think Seabase is no more, now just Maersk Supply as it is known worldwide. Same people just different name i believe. But yes, the likelihood of getting a job with them without being from NF or knowing someone in the org, highly unlikely. But then again this is just for the Hebron tow out if I am not mistaken, so the objects is probably not to hire or find somebody, as then they can keep their foreign crews.
