It should be noted that sea service as Junior watchkeeper, or Junior Engineer, no longer counts for upgrading Certificates. Only time as Engineer In Charge of a Watch will count.
Discourage incest, ban country "music".

They are looking for 1st & 2nd class certificates to work as junior watchkeepers???

2nd class as junior???Good luck they have been looking for years but Canadians seldom get hired.....
