2ND CLASS ENGINEER MOTOR
Oceanex is currently looking for a 2nd Class Motor Engineer for one of our ships.
The Second Engineer is responsible to the Chief Engineer for the supervision of the operation, upkeep, maintenance and cleanliness of all machinery and machinery spaces and for the allocation and supervision of the duties of the engine operations personnel.
Boarding location : Montreal, Qc
Status : Temporary
Starting : November 16th or November 23rd, 2018
We offer excellent work conditions, high technology vessels, regular schedule 28/28. Our vessels travels weekly form ports of Montreal and Halifax to St-John’s NL
Qualifications :
Mandatory : Canadian Marine engineer certificate, motor vessel, Class 2 (STCW-95).
Excellent leadership, good supervision and planning skills
Excellent communications skills
Bilingualism (French and English).
Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
Capacity to work under pressure.
