That sort of same thing happened not too long ago off a ferry here in NL.

Two tides a day over there?
What's the rise and fall like height Wise?
Straight after when the tractor unit cab got trapped anybody let down the tractors tyres?

Oh dear.
What an embarrassment all round.
Probably be taught at sea going training schools " how not to load a ship and an unusual view of the car deck "
