MANAGER, LICENSED RECRUITMENT

Reporting to the Director, Corporate Human Resources, the incumbent will be responsible for the continuous and timely supply of qualified licensed personnel across the Company. Working closely with the Operations group, you will lead the forecasting, planning, development and recruitment of this important resource. This includes using metrics and analytics, identifying recruitment sources, managing the lifecycle recruitment process and establishing effective relationships with Institutions and recruiters across Canada.

You are an innovative self-starter with a passion for recruitment. You are analytical, resourceful and results-driven with a track record of proactively meeting targets. You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to build valuable working relationships.

You bring a Degree in Business with considerable experience in Human Resources, preferably lifecycle recruiting, or have a significant amount of experience managing Licensed Marine personnel. Your background includes several years of successful experience recruiting and placing Operational personnel, along with experience in manpower forecasting, and in the planning, development and succession of employees, all preferably within the Marine industry.
