Westfalia OSE 20-0136- No Water Seal during Timer T35

Post by shivashish »

Hie,
Hie This query is regarding Westfalia OSE 20-0136-067
I am facing a Westfalia Separator giving alarm No Water Seal during Timer T35.
I am presently facing the same alarm. I tried overhauling the bowl. Replacing both centripital pump and pump chambers . Checked the quantity of water, Sensor Blocks Operation everything. Moreover we swapped the complete Hood with Sensor Block from a Standby Purifier and still alarm is coming.
We have another working purifier and we crosschecked all the settings and all were same and as per the manual.

The difference we are noticing both the purifiers is:

When Feed valve opens V6 shows continuously "1" i.e open on the plc in the faulty purifier and on the working purifier V6 remains closed and V5 opens in between once the feed valve opens.

Anybody Please can help ???

Is it an E40 control unit?
Is it set up for LO or FO?
What is the setting of T35?
Is it #40 Alarm? Have you tried all the possibilities in the manual?
I posted this list previously in another Westfalia problem.
