Kayaba Torque Hinges

Post by jrvakil »

Hello all..

This time I have a bit complex question.

We have bought some torque hinges made by Kayaba Industries and Type : TH 3018

We tested them all and they worked well except one. when we give it operating pressure only one side moves and not the other, when we provided maximum pressure both sides turned but out of synchronisation. And after they moved all 180 degree. We held the pressure and when we tried to move it in other way it showed the same problem.

Any solutions??

I don't know what a Torque Hinges is? Could you send a picture or something?
